The Pine Ridge Garden Club became a Charter Member of the Ontario Horticultural Association in 1977.
Club members participate in civic beautification programs throughout Scugog. These volunteers have been planting the garden at Nestleton Hall since 1979 and the two flowerbeds at Port Perry Hospital (Lakeridge Health Corporation) for more than 15 years. Pine Ridge Garden Club has also made donations to other gardens such as Reflection Park and Serenity Gardens at Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre. More
From December to March,
there are for many of us, three gardens -
The garden outdoors,
The garden of pots and bowls in the house,
and the garden of the mind's eye.

On behalf of Don and myself, I want to wish you and yours a wonderful Holiday Season and a good gardening New Year.
Thank you for your contributions, friend-ships & helpful suggestions in this past
season. It was a successful year even though we did experience a garden variety of unpredictable weather.
